• Images shared within chats (if applicable)

We do not collect email addresses and we do not require profile photos.

Collected information is used solely to:

• Create and manage user accounts
• Enable chat functionality
• Deliver messages between users
• Maintain app security and prevent abuse

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Message Security

Messages transmitted through Snack are protected using industry-standard encryption technologies. While we implement reasonable safeguards, no system can guarantee absolute security.

4. Data Storage

Usernames and chat content may be stored securely on backend servers to provide messaging functionality. Access to stored data is restricted and protected using appropriate security measures.

5. User-Generated Content

Snack allows users to send messages and share content. Users are responsible for the content they send. We provide reporting and blocking tools to address inappropriate behavior. Reported content may be reviewed for moderation purposes.

6. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account at any time using the in-app account deletion feature. Upon deletion, associated account data will be permanently removed, except where retention is required by law.

7. Children’s Privacy

Snack is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
